EAP students, faculty, staff, parents, friends:

Submit your EAP stories, photos, and reminiscences for publication on this website.

We are looking for comments, stories, and photos that illustrate the many aspects of the EAP experience.

• A program, project, field study, or internship that you participated in.
• A specific experience that changed your perspective on world issues or helped you view a problem from a different cultural perspective.
• A specific experience that changed your perspective on your own life.
• Ways that your daily or academic life was different abroad, including things that surprised you or amused you.
• Specific instances where EAP has expanded your educational background or encouraged your personal growth.
• How the EAP experience has affected your subsequent educational and career choices.

Guidelines: You are invited to submit a short thoughtful comment or a longer description of a specific experience. We encourage you to try to keep your submission to less than 1000 words. We reserve the right to edit for space and clarity.

E-mail your stories to world@eap.ucop.edu and include photos, if available. You may send your story or comment in the text of the e-mail or as an attachment (MS Word files preferred). Photos may be sent as attachments or uploaded to our FTP site according to the photo submission guidelines.

Be sure to include the following information with your submission:

• Your name
• Home UC campus
• Major
• EAP site
• Academic year (sophomore, senior, grad student, etc.)
• Date of EAP participation
• E-mail address
