Manuals and Forms
The EAP Director's Manual provides a wide
range of policies and procedures covering financial,
administrative, technological, student, and academic
issues. It is applicable to both SC Directors and
liaison officers, unless otherwise directed. Each
chapter has links, forms, and documents that illustrate
the procedures described. The Manual is also
available in Adobe Acrobat format (PDF) from the icon
at right to download in its entirety and to use for
printing.

This supplements Chapter
3 of the Director's Manual, providing even more detailed
instructions and examples to facilitate student academic advising
and processing of academic materials.
Links to EAP's forms and documents that are referenced in the Director's
Manual, provided pre-departure to UC students for processing, and all
forms used to support Recipocity operations.
Calendars
Dates UOEAP expects to send or receive materials
from the Study Center and other actions expected each month.
These calendars identify UC campus term dates, holidays, and exam periods.
