UCEAP Program Evaluation Distribution Policy (PDF)
All responses to the program evaluation are confidential. The
data are collected using a Secure Socket Layer (indicated by the
URL https://www… as opposed to http://www…) and password to authenticate
and encrypt your responses.
Your responses will be compiled with all other program participant responses, and only summary statistical data will be distributed. Comments that you include will be made available, and limited, to senior UCEAP managers and UC faculty oversight and review committee members. In spite of every effort to protect your anonymity, in certain circumstances (e.g., a study center with a low enrollment, or by reference to an unusual incident) it may be possible for a reader of some reports to determine the identity of a respondent.
Information gathered in the evaluations is never shared with any
individual or organization beyond UCEAP’s administration, nor is
it used for academic publications or generalized research. Your
identity is never linked to your responses. Your responses are used
solely for the purpose of assessing some UCEAP program characteristics
and their performance from the participant’s perspective. Your responses
are highly valued and instrumental for improving our programs to
better serve students.
