University of Copenhagen

EAP students in Denmark have a unique opportunity to study in English or Danish at one of the great universities of Europe. The University of Copenhagen, founded in 1479, is the leading university in Denmark. It is a large and multifaceted four-campus institution with enrollments of about 37, 000 students. It is also one of the principal institutions in the Øresund University consortium of 14 Scandinavian universities, greatly enhancing its research and educational profile. Teaching and research activities are conducted in numerous departments and institutes, which are organized in eight faculties (schools): Health Sciences, Humanities, Law, Science, Social Sciences, Life Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Theology. The Human Biology Program at the Panum Institute is world-renowned for medicine and biomedical research. Opportunities in agriculture, architecture, and pharmacy have recently been added.
